IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ For use only on EX225L2 dual-piston calipers—do not use on EX225 or single-piston calipers
✔ Replace brake pads in full axle sets to ensure even performance and wear
✔ Clean and deglaze rotor surfaces before installation
✔ Replace pad retention springs (Meritor P/N 430009) at each pad change
✔ Perform bedding: 10 stops from 30 mph at 0.4g deceleration
✔ Caliper bolts torque: 210 Nm ±5%
✔ Pad spring bolts torque: 35 Nm
✔ Never lubricate friction surfaces; contamination leads to squeal and performance loss
