✔ Always install in full axle sets to ensure consistent wear and performance
✔ Do not reuse worn hardware—confirm kit contents or order compatible Meritor set
✔ Torque caliper bolts to 210 Nm ±5%; pad spring bolts to 35 Nm
✔ Perform rotor resurfacing if DTV exceeds 0.05 mm
✔ Conduct bedding: 10 stops from 30 mph at 0.4g deceleration
✔ Inspect guide pins, boots, and retainers for wear, damage, or contamination
