IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 8.31" pulley diameter and dual 6-rib/12-rib serpentine belt configuration against the removed clutch.
✔ Verify the 2.56" fan pilot, 3.50" bolt circle, six-stud pattern, 3/8"-24 thread, 1.07" stud length, and fan clearance.
✔ Inspect both belts, pulley grooves, fan blades, hub bearings, air-system components, seals, and mounting surfaces.
✔ Install approved replacement seals and hardware, then torque all fasteners to Horton, Caterpillar, or PACCAR specifications.
✔ Verify both belt paths, air-system sealing, clutch engagement, disengagement, and fan-to-shroud clearance.
