• Brake Shoe Compatibility: 5” width
• Bore Size: 1.75" (adjuster and park cylinders)

• Includes adjuster cylinder, park cylinder, springs, retainers, override, mounting hardware

Applications:
Fits medium- and heavy-duty commercial trucks and buses using Lucas Girling hydraulic drum brake systems. Specifically engineered for the right-hand side of Ford LN/FT-Series chassis from the 1980s–1990s. This fully loaded assembly is remanufactured to OEM specifications and includes all core hydraulic and mechanical brake components, making it ideal for complete axle service or retrofit.

✔ Use a new gasket between cylinder and backing plate
✔ Torque bridge pipe to cylinder: 10–15 ft-lbs
✔ Use manufacturer specs for mounting bolts/nuts
✔ Adjust shoe-to-drum clearance via inspection and adjuster slots
✔ Use ATF fluid only – never substitute with standard brake fluid
✔ Reinstall spring brake chamber, shoes, drum, and hub per OEM sequence
