IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Ensure brake rotor spins freely before installation
✔ Use an 8 mm wrench on the adjuster shaft (55): rotate ¾ turn counter-clockwise to release adjustment
✔ Apply brakes five times—wrench must move each time, confirming auto-adjuster is working
✔ For clearance check: rotate clockwise until pads touch rotor, then back off ¼ turn
✔ Lubricate and refit the adjuster plug (15) with EP chassis grease (PN 89652 or equivalent)
✔ Never use impact wrenches on the adjuster mechanism
