IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Torque magnet hold-down bolts to 20–30 in-lbs
✔ Ensure magnet face sits flush and parallel with the armature plate
✔ Connect wiring to brake controller circuit (polarity not critical) with heat-resistant connectors
✔ Inspect for worn wires, grooved magnet faces, or reduced braking performance before reuse
✔ Set air gap clearance between magnet and drum to 0.015"–0.020" for optimal operation
