✔ Verify 75° tilt flange and top discharge port compatibility before installation
✔ Flange nut torque specification: 80–100 ft-lbs
✔ Right-side air inlet when viewed from rear
• Park on level surface, apply brakes, block wheels.
• Wear safety glasses at all times.
• Shut engine off and remove key before service.
• Drain all air reservoirs before working on air system.
• Drain purge reservoir if equipped with air dryer module.
• Deactivate vehicle electrical system per OEM procedure.
• Never exceed manufacturer pressure ratings.
• Never disconnect pressurized lines.
• Use only equivalent or OEM-grade replacement parts.
• Replace damaged or stripped components — do not weld or machine unless approved.
• Verify all systems restored before returning vehicle to service.
