IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Tighten crankshaft nut to 65–70 ft-lbs; install cotter pin.
✔ Use neat fit on crankshaft and replace pulley/gear if worn or damaged.
✔ Tighten mounting bolts securely and evenly.
✔ Use a new discharge fitting gasket during installation.
✔ Align compressor drive and adjust belt tension properly.
✔ Maintain constant slope downward for discharge line to avoid ice buildup.
✔ Recommended to use a safety valve to prevent compressor overpressurizing from discharge line freeze-up.
✔ Ensure air cleaner is clean and well sealed.
