IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Ensure the flange mount is installed with a 2.5° tilt, following the CAT-specific pattern.
✔ Confirm the crankshaft thread and gear drive compatibility (11-tooth accessory drive) with the engine.
✔ The discharge port orientation can be configured for either left or top discharge, depending on installation needs.
✔ Use the provided installation gaskets, but note that the gear is not included unless specifically ordered.
- Maintain minimum 2.5 gpm coolant flow.
- Do not exceed 2400 RPM. Replace all gaskets and fittings.
- Use correct discharge line size with continuous downward slope.
- Ensure oil lines are primed and leak-free before startup.
- Drain reservoirs and flush coolant and air lines before air system service.

- Pipe Plugs: 35–270 in-lb (size dependent)

- Crankshaft Nut (Metric): 2640–3048 in-lb (220–254 ft-lb)
