IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Discharge type configurable for top or right-side orientation
✔ Port orientation: Air inlet and outlet located on the right side (viewed from rear)
✔ Maintain minimum coolant flow of 2.5 GPM
✔ Do not exceed 2400 RPM operating speed
✔ Replace all gaskets, seals, and fittings during installation
✔ Use correct discharge line size with continuous downward slope
✔ Prime oil supply lines and verify leak-free operation before startup
✔ Drain reservoirs and flush coolant and air lines before servicing air system
Suggested Torque Specifications:
• Cylinder Head: 300-360 in-lb
• Inlet / Discharge Fittings: 175-225 in-lb
• Pipe Plugs: 35-270 in-lb (size dependent)
• Crankshaft Nut (Castle): 1200-1400 in-lb (100-120 ft-lb)
