Fleet Products Ltd. and KBR warrants to the original purchasers of its new and remanufactured products that they will be free of defective materials and workmanship. This does not include defects caused by improper installation, maintenance or service.
The term of this warranty shall be:
♦ 160,000 km (100,000 mi) or 3,600 hours or 12 months, whichever occurs first.
*Note that any off-highway component that is new or rebuilt in our facility will be guaranteed to be free of defective workmanship and parts failure for 90 days.
Products claimed to be warrantable must be returned prepaid and intact to Fleet Products Ltd. and/or KBR within 30 days after the date the questionable defect is first discovered. Fleet Products Ltd. and/or KBR will inspect the product and make the final determination as to whether the product is covered under the warranty program.
An RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number must be requested prior to returning any product for warranty consideration. The RGA number must be clearly visible on all paperwork and marked on the outside of the package. Returns received without a valid RGA number will not be accepted. Please contact our Parts Department to obtain your RGA number before returning any product.
When a warranty claim is allowed, Fleet Products Ltd. and/or KBR’s responsibility is limited to repair or replace the defective item. In no event will Fleet Products Ltd. and/or KBR be liable for incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to costs incurred for service calls, towing, downtime, or engine failure.
