The System Saver Air Dryer lineup delivers a complete, fleet-ready service solution built for high-demand air brake systems. Core dryers include the R950037-G System Saver Coalescing Dryer (External Port) in 12V, 110W, along with the standard R950035-G and R950036-G System Saver Dryers available in both 12V, 110W and 24V, 110W configurations. For fleets requiring oil-coalescing protection, coalescing versions are available, including the R950037PGX, R950036PGX, and R950035PGX, designed to capture fine oil mist and extend the service life of downstream valves. Extended-purge support is offered through the R950037X dryer, with an OE-type version available under R950037TX. The high-efficiency R950038-G System Saver Dryer rounds out the assembly lineup.

The 9500111-G3 System Saver Desiccant Cartridge serves as the standard replacement, the 950048-G3 Long-Can Cartridge supports extended-service intervals, and the 9500068-G3 System Saver Coalescing Desiccant Cartridge provides premium, fine-oil filtration for sensitive or high-duty air systems.

A complete set of maintenance and heater kits supports fast, consistent service. The R950013-G3 Turbo Cut-Off Assembly Kit restores turbo-assist functionality, while the R950014-G3 Purge Valve Assembly Kit rebuilds the purge system for repeatable blow-down performance. Heater reliability is covered with the R950015-G3 12V Heater Kit and R950016-G3 24V Heater Kit, both engineered to prevent freeze-ups in severe winter conditions.
