• Guide pins (Ø37–38 mm) with threaded stud
• Bushings: Ø42 × Ø38 × 30 mm (3 pcs, Teflon-lined)
• Guide pin boots: 2 large + 1 small
• Steel end caps Ø42 mm (2 pcs)
• Caliper cover (with 6 × M8 × 16 mm screws)
• Adjuster housing/shaft assembly with gear
• Adjuster support bridge / lever fork

✔ Clean all bores and press bushings squarely before installing.
✔ Lubricate all sliding components with supplied high-temp grease.
✔ Torque M16 guide bolts to 180 N·m + 90° (WABCO specification).
✔ Verify free caliper slide and perform adjuster self-test after reassembly.
