INSTALLATION NOTES:
• Torque: Tighten magnet hardware to 20–30 in-lbs
• Alignment: Ensure magnet surface is flush and parallel to the brake drum armature
• Wiring: Non-polarized leads—connect either wire to brake circuit, other to ground
• Inspection: Replace magnet if deeply grooved or if wiring insulation is compromised
• Adjustment: Set air gap to 0.015–0.020" post-installation for optimal performance
• Corrosion Prevention: Use dielectric grease at connections; secure wires with heat-resistant ties
