INSTALLATION NOTES
• Torque: Tighten magnet hold-down bolts to 20–30 in-lbs
• Alignment: Ensure magnet sits flush and parallel to the armature face
• Wiring: Connect to brake controller circuit (polarity not critical); use heat-resistant connectors
• Inspection: Replace if wire insulation is worn, magnet face is grooved, or performance drops
• Adjustment: Set air gap to 0.015–0.020" for optimal performance
