• Dual diaphragm actuator with integrated mechanical push rod locking
• Long rod, right-hand configuration for vertical mounting setups
• Type 30 size with replaceable auxiliary and service diaphragms
Applications: Designed for MCI coaches and similar transit buses where parking brakes must remain applied in the event of air loss. Ideal for systems requiring secure, mechanical brake hold in RH mounting configurations.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Install actuator with exhaust check valve and drain slot facing downward
✔ Use BW 204-M barium-based lubricant in shaft cavity during rebuild or installation
✔ Push rod must maintain ≥90° angle to slack adjuster arm for optimal alignment
✔ Clamping ring bolts should be tightened evenly to avoid diaphragm leaks
✔ Apply ~70 psi service pressure to release park position from mechanical lock
✔ Inspect rod alignment, travel, and locking mechanism every 3 months or 900 hours
✔ Mounting torque should follow specific OEM recommendations for RH chamber installs
✔ Service and auxiliary diaphragms must be replaced with compatible Bendix components
