IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm push rod length (10.23") and thread (9/16"-20 UNF) match clevis
✔ Use proper mounting with 4.75" stud spacing and 7/16"-14 UNC threads
✔ Ensure 3/8"-18 NPTF air ports are oriented at 90° downward to prevent moisture accumulation
✔ Clampband position is 45°; verify compatibility with axle mounting bracket
✔ Apply thread sealant to air ports to ensure leak-free connection
✔ Replace diaphragm during installation; never reuse used diaphragms
✔ Post-installation stroke check: ensure free stroke of 1/4"–3/8" per FMVSS 121
✔ Test chamber at 100 psi; pressure drop must be ≤10 kPa within 5 minutes
✔ Torque mounting bolts to 35–40 ft-lbs
✔ Torque air line fittings to 18–20 ft-lbs
