IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Use all new gaskets and seals during installation
✔ Head is reversible to switch air outlet side (secured with 6 cap screws)
✔ Confirm 22-tooth spline alignment prior to install
- Maintain minimum 2.5 gpm coolant flow.
- Do not exceed 2400 RPM. Replace all gaskets and fittings.
- Use correct discharge line size with continuous downward slope.
- Ensure oil lines are primed and leak-free before startup.
- Drain reservoirs and flush coolant and air lines before air system service.

- Cylinder Head: 300–360 in-lb
- Inlet / Discharge Fittings: 175–225 in-lb
- Pipe Plugs: 35–270 in-lb (size dependent)
- Crankshaft Nut (Castle): 1200–1400 in-lb (100–120 ft-lb)
- Crankshaft Nut (Metric): 2640–3048 in-lb (220–254 ft-lb)
