✔ Locknut torque must be 90 ft-lbs (101 N·m) – follow FD-L install guidelines
✔ Ensure lock washer tab aligns with nut slot and install cotter pin and dust cap
✔ Replace pulley hub bearings at time of install to preserve warranty
✔ Confirm pilot diameter and bolt circle fit your mounting flange
✔ Validate system pneumatic actuation before final installation
