IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Mount vertically within 15° tolerance to ensure drainage and prevent oil pooling
✔ Use 3/8"-16 UNC bolts; tighten to 25–30 ft-lb (34–41 Nm)
✔ Port fittings: Inlet/Outlet 1/2" NPT, Control 1/4" NPT; torque to 15–18 ft-lb (20–24 Nm)
✔ Supply line to INLET port; delivery line to marked DELIVERY port
✔ Pre-set governor purges at 125±5 PSI—no field calibration needed
✔ Heater wiring: 12V/24V models connect to ignition-switched circuit (15A fuse)
✔ Coalescing cartridge replacement every 150,000 miles or 24 months
